I am a designer with over 4 years of experience in multiple commercial projects. I am engaged in and responsible for all stages of the projects form early draft ideas and key visuals to preparing projects to publication and print. This allowed me to gain diverse competences such as: problem solving, communication and presentation skills, conducting workshops and creating graphic solutions that help business thrive.

The feedback I usually receive is that I am an easy going person with an open mind and ability to think out-of-the-box. I am characterized by very good work organization, initiative and commitment. I know Adobe Suit and Figma very well and can use them efficiently. My sense of aesthetics allows me to create professional visuals using appropriate typography, colors and other graphic elements.

Freelance

During my work, I create digital products that help businesses. One project I am proud of was a website and branding design for clients running yoga workshops. They lacked any branding or website which made it difficult for them to sell their workshops and lowered their brand visibility. I created a website and a visual identification system which matched the character of the brand and was easy to implement in various formats. After implementing my projects sales of their workshops increased.

Main responsibilities:

  • Visual identification design – creating coherent visual identification systems, including logos, color palettes, typography and graphic elements for brands
  • Conducting workshops and presenting results and solutions to clients
  • Creating Key Visuals for advertising campaigns and adapting completed projects on various media and format

Graphic and Web Designer
Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek | 07.2024 – present

As a graphic designer, I created the visual identity for a highly effective outdoor promotional campaign in Warsaw (posters, billboards), which notably resulted
in a visit from the Israeli ambassador who learned about the museum through my designs. In this position I created over 20 promotional campaigns of events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Designing and preparing graphic materials including: reports, catalogues, posters and graphics for Social Media in cooperation with the museum team
  • Ensuring the consistency of the materials created and their compliance with the brand’s communication strategy and brandbook
  • Collaboration in creating marketing and communication campaigns from the graphic side

  • Design and implementation of the website of the new branch of the museum

Designing graphic materials for online  and outdoor use which increased the number of visitors in the museum.  Coordinating research and analyzing audience to adjust the museum’s  current offer and assess the effectiveness of communication strategy.

Customer Experience
Zachęta — National Gallery of Art | 2016-2020

I redefined Zachęta’s approach by focusing on the visitor experience. Through audience research and testing, I introduced improvements such as a new signage system, clearer exhibition content, added seating, and a revitalized public square.
I also implemented a feedback system that allowed for real-time adjustments
to temporary exhibitions – making them more engaging and accessible to diverse audiences.

Communication specialist
The Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts

My job was to build relationships with members  and encourage others to join the society. To achieve these goals, I updated the WordPress website. I designed the layout and implemented a  newsletter in Mailchimp, which still reaches hundreds
of people several times a month.
